Refund policy

**Returns**
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be
unopened/unused, in original packaging with tags where applicable, and you'll need your
order number or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact **info@lemonorth.com** with your order number. If your return
is accepted, we'll send instructions and the return address. Items sent back without
first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping is the buyer's
responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in those
cases we cover it and make it right.

**Damages and issues**
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective,
damaged, or not what you ordered.

**Non-returnable items**
For safety and hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns on perishable goods (such as
food), personal care and beauty products, and hazardous materials. Items marked
**"Final Sale"** (clearance and one-off finds) are not eligible for change-of-mind
returns — but damaged or incorrect Final Sale items are always made right. Gift cards
are non-refundable.

**Exchanges**
The fastest way to exchange: request a return for the item you have, and place a new
order for the one you want.

**Refunds**
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the decision. Approved
refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving the
item. Banks can take additional time to post the credit. If more than 15 business days
pass after approval, contact **info@lemonorth.com**.
